At Naan Sense Grocery, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality products with care and integrity. Because we specialize in grocery and specialty food items, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure freshness and safety for every customer.

Food & Grocery Items

To maintain the highest standards of food safety and product integrity:

  • All food items are final sale.
  • We do not accept returns on edible goods, including dry goods, frozen items, refrigerated products, sweets, spices, snacks, and beverages.
  • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for refund.

This policy ensures that every product we ship meets uncompromised safety standards.


Frozen & Temperature-Sensitive Products

We carefully package frozen and temperature-sensitive items to protect quality during transit.

Please note:

  • Minor thawing during shipping does not automatically qualify as damage.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by weather or carrier delays.
  • Once an order is shipped, transit conditions are beyond our control.

We recommend selecting expedited shipping for temperature-sensitive purchases when available.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to help.

To ensure prompt resolution:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Submit clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and affected item

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement (if available)
  • Store credit
  • Refund (at management discretion)

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and consistency.


Non-Food Merchandise

Non-food items such as cookware or household goods may be eligible for return if:

  • Requested within 3 days of delivery
  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply where appropriate.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Cancellation requests made prior to processing may be approved at our discretion. Payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
