1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
a. Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery, you may request a return or refund.

b. Wrong Items Delivered
- If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 Hours to arrange for a return or exchange.
c. Non-Perishable Items
- Non-perishable grocery items may be returned if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 24 Hours of delivery.
d. Exclusions
- Perishable items, such as fresh produce, dairy, and meats, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or expired.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
b. Payment Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/store credit.
c. Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for:
- Items returned in less-than-original condition.
- Requests initiated after the return window has closed but are deemed eligible for partial compensation.
d. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
